We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, ensuring reliable service across the UK and beyond.

Free Standard Delivery – UK Mainland

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class parcels the next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days.

📌 Need it sooner? We recommend choosing Signed For or Express Shipping for urgent orders, as we can’t guarantee delivery times on our free service.

Free UK Delivery – Non-Mainland (e.g. Northern Ireland)

We also offer free shipping to non-mainland UK addresses. These orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class (untracked).

Express Shipping – £7

Need it fast? Choose Priority Express Delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent Special Delivery and guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day.

This service is fully tracked — a link will be included in your dispatch email.

Delivery Examples:

• Order by 2pm Monday–Thursday: arrives next working day

• Order by 2pm Friday: arrives Monday

• Order between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday: arrives Tuesday

• Orders placed on a Bank Holiday: delivered 2 working days later

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Every order is packaged with care to make it feel special:

Most items arrive in our signature black and silver Pegasus gift boxes, protected in bubble-lined envelopes.

Fabric and leather bracelets are presented in black velvet pouches embossed with our Pegasus Jewellery logo.

Vitality Bracelets and Rings come in branded velvet drawstring pouches.

Returns & Exchanges

At Pegasus Jewellery, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanging for a Different Size

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, don’t worry — we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Please return the item to us in its original packaging, along with your invoice and returns card, and clearly note the correct size you’d like instead. Send your parcel to:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send your new size out free of charge — or issue a refund if you prefer.

Received a Faulty Item?

We quality-check every piece before dispatch, but if you believe your item is faulty, we want to make it right.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Once inspected, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the issue.

Do not expose to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water and silver polish.

We recommend cleaning your jewellery with a small amount of mild soap into luke warm water and use a small, soft toothbrush.
