Returns & Exchanges

At Pegasus Jewellery, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Exchanging for a Different Size

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, don’t worry — we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Please return the item to us in its original packaging, along with your invoice and returns card, and clearly note the correct size you’d like instead. Send your parcel to:

🟡 Important:
Because we offer free shipping on all orders, we are unable to cover the cost of returns.
Return postage must be paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send your new size out free of charge — or issue a refund if you prefer.


Received a Faulty Item?

We quality-check every piece before dispatch, but if you believe your item is faulty, we want to make it right.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Then return the item with its original packaging and invoice to the address above.

Once inspected, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the issue.


Please Note:

  • 🚫 We do not offer free returns. As a small business offering free UK delivery, we kindly ask that customers cover return postage.

  • 🛠️ Wear and tear isn’t considered a fault.

  • 🧵 We understand that jewellery can sometimes be pulled or damaged during wear — this isn’t classed as faulty, but we’ll always try to help resolve the issue fairly.
