At Pegasus Jewellery, we’re proud to offer free UK delivery and a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Here's everything you need to know about how your order will be sent.

How Will My Delivery Be Sent?

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, ensuring reliable service across the UK and beyond.

Free Standard Delivery – UK Mainland

- Free on all orders
- Sent via Royal Mail First Class
- Not tracked

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class parcels the next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days.

📌 Need it sooner? We recommend choosing Signed For or Express Shipping for urgent orders, as we can’t guarantee delivery times on our free service.

Free UK Delivery – Non-Mainland (e.g. Northern Ireland)

We also offer free shipping to non-mainland UK addresses. These orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class (untracked).

Royal Mail First Class Signed For – £5

📬 A tracked First Class service
📦 Signed for on delivery
⏱️ Usually arrives within 2 working days

You’ll receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.

Express Shipping – £7

Need it fast? Choose Priority Express Delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent Special Delivery and guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day.

This service is fully tracked — a link will be included in your dispatch email.

Delivery Examples:

  • Order by 2pm Monday–Thursday: arrives next working day

  • Order by 2pm Friday: arrives Monday

  • Order between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday: arrives Tuesday

  • Orders placed on a Bank Holiday: delivered 2 working days later

International Delivery – £15

🌍 We ship worldwide!

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note that we have no control over any customs charges that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country

Packaging Information

Every order is packaged with care to make it feel special:

Most items arrive in our signature black and silver Pegasus gift boxes, protected in bubble-lined envelopes.

Fabric and leather bracelets are presented in black velvet pouches embossed with our Pegasus Jewellery logo.

Vitality Bracelets and Rings come in branded velvet drawstring pouches.
