Most items arrive in our signature black and silver Pegasus gift boxes, protected in bubble-lined envelopes.
Fabric and leather bracelets are presented in black velvet pouches embossed with our Pegasus Jewellery logo.
Vitality Bracelets and Rings come in branded velvet drawstring pouches.
Please note during clearance sales packaging is not included.

Exchanging for a Different Size
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, don’t worry — we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Please return the item to us in its original packaging, along with your invoice and returns card, and clearly note the correct size you’d like instead. Send your parcel to:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send your new size out free of charge — or issue a refund if you prefer.
Received a Faulty Item?
We quality-check every piece before dispatch, but if you believe your item is faulty, we want to make it right.
