I always find it exciting come November to see what publications feature you in their Christmas Gift Guides. Always something magical about seeing your product in print.
Pegasus was a crazy dream five years ago, everyone around me thought I was mad starting up my own business, but I knew it was something I really wanted to do. Passionate about horses with a lifetime of working with jewellery, combining the two just seemed the right thing to do. However with two small children at the time, and a husband who worked away in the Royal Navy, perhaps timing wasn't the best.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think back we would have become the brand we have, sold all over the globe, and I think its that "pinch me moment" when your jewellery is spotted to feature in the festive gift guides. A recognition of what we have become as a jewellery brand.
This year I am overwhelmed by the publications we have featured in and its still only November. However last night flicking through Absolute Horse, Horse & Rider and Equestrian life to see our jewellery was a very proud moment, and then this morning I was tagged in the Horse & Hound on-line guide.
Proud and humble as always. I am very lucky to be able to do what I love every day.
