Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where is my delivery?

We use Royal Mail First class for Free Delivery, this is not a tracked service. Tracking is only available if Premium or Next Day Delivery was paid for at checkout.

Royal Mail usually deliver first class mail within 3-5 working days. However, it can take as long as 7-10 working days.

2. Where is Pegasus Jewellery based?

We are based above Monaghan's Jewellers, in the centre of Dumfries, South West Scotland. 

3. I would like to exchange my item?

Simply return the item with all original packaging and the item you would like in exchange to:

Please note under the terms of Free Delivery we do not offer free returns.

4. My item is damaged/ faulty/ not what we ordered.

Please send back to the address above and we will rectify the issue asap. 

5. When will my email be answered? 

Please note we only work Monday to Friday 9-4 and emails will only be answered during office hours. As a small team we work very hard and will rectify your issue asap.
