Is my order on its way to me?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If you have given your email address then the courier will contact you with dispatch details.

 What is Free Standard delivery?

Free UK shipping is offered to UK mainland addresses via APC Courier. Your order will be  shipped 1-3 working  days from placing your order on a next day delivery service.

Free UK Shipping outside UK mainland (including N. Ireland) will be shipped via Royal Mail, First Class Recorded.

 What is Priority Shipping?

Priority Shipping costs £5 and your order will be delivered the next 1 working day, provided that payment is received before 2pm on the day that the order is placed.

• If you place your order by 2pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next working day.
• If you order before 2pm on Friday you will receive your order the following Monday.
• If you place your order between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
• If you place your order on a Bank Holiday it will be delivered 2 working days later.

 How does your delivery service work?

Our orders are sent either via APS or Royal Mail  and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the APC depot and a contact card will be left in your post box. APC will make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, the APC driver will leave a contact card in your post box in order for you to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the APC depot 10 business days from the 1st delivery attempt.

For Royal Mail, a first attempt will be made for delivery, post which the parcel will need to be picked up from the Royal Mail drop point, normally the post office.

What time do you deliver?

APC and Royal Mail will deliver between 08:00 and 18:00 Business Days. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Do you Delivery Internationally?

International delivery to Europe costs £15 and is via Royal Mail, Internationaly tracked and signed service.

How will my order be packaged?

Most items are beautifully packaged in Pegasus Black and white Gift Boxes tied with They are posted in protective bubble lined packets.

Some items (leather/fabric bracelets) are packaged in black velvet pouches embossed with PEGASUS JEWELLERY in silver. 

Can I view the entire collection?

We are predominantly an on-line retailer, however the collection is now available to buy from the following retailers:

Phone: 0775 1541 700. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We can take a telephone order if you would prefer not to order online.

I am unhappy with my order. How can I return it?

We offer a 14 day return policy. In this instance please email, with the reason why you are not happy with the product. Please include the order number from your invoice.

The goods should then be returned in original packaging with the invoice to the following address:

As we offer free postage on all purchases, postage must be paid by the customer to return items.

Once the item has been returned and inspected a refund will be issued or a replacement piece sent out.
